Job summary

Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network in Rhinebeck is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to keep a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and staff. You will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, cleaning, waste disposal, disinfection, and responding to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Graduation from a vocational or trade school with relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write English.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid US driver's license and a clean DMV record for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including common areas, rooms and equipment.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
• Conduct cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and client living spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies and collaborate with other departments.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including common areas, rooms, and equipment
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
• Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and client living spaces
• Perform heavy manual labor, lifting a minimum of 50lbs, and standing for long periods of time
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues and concerns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduation from a vocational or trade school in lieu of education, with experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to communicate, read, and write English
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Must have a valid United States Driver's license and a clean DMV record for at least one year
