Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Fall River, MA to keep the cultivation, production, and manufacturing spaces in top condition. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs to ensure uptime and compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, experience with CMMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. The schedule is Friday to Monday, 7:00am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills to diagnose automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits.
• Experience with a CMMS maintenance tracking program a bonus.
• An ability to work well under pressure.

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all cultivation, production, and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills in trades like HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical repair.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 3-5 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills to diagnose automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits.
• Experience with a CMMS maintenance tracking program a bonus.
• An ability to work well under pressure.
• Relevant technical knowledge.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Experience with troubleshooting HVAC equipment, VFDs, pump motors, monitoring sensors and cable installations (environmental sensors).
• Prior experience in BMS monitoring systems, automated climate control, and fertigation controls.
• Experience with water filtration, RO systems, and larger water distribution systems.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• EPA 608 | any HVAC certification(s).
• OSHA 10 | OSHA 30.
• CMRT Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician.
• IMM Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (NCCER).

Pay Range

$26 - $31 USD
