JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The role requires a variety of skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC certification. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills, including utility installations such as electrical, steam, air, and process piping.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in a production environment with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC certification preferred
• Requires work around plant material, which may include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

PAY RANGE

$26 - $29 USD
