Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility supports production and manufacturing operations. The technician should bring a mix of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC knowledge to maintain systems and equipment in good working order.

You will work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes safety, reliability and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• Experience in production environments with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• HVAC knowledge or certification preferred.

Job Summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble‑shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Hands‑on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certified preferred
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Pay Range

$26 - $29 USD
