Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent technical/trade courses can substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Knowledge of building construction and systems operation preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/repair facility structures in line with safe/secure operations.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair machines and equipment.
• Install/repair electrical wiring and components of machinery/equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per plan.
• Supervise and track inmates/residents assigned to Maintenance Department.
