Job Description Summary:

Krystal Biotech, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Moon Township. The Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment such as motors, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, control panels, and lighting.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and electrical failures, implementing corrective actions.
3. Perform repairs and replacements of electrical components, wiring, and circuits to maintain safety and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs impacting manufacturing.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS or other tools.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards.
7. Assist in planning and executing equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
8. Follow company policies, SOPs, and GMP guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably regulated.
• Proficiency with tools, equipment, and testing devices used in electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices (e.g., NEC, NFPA).
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Hands-on, self-starter with effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
