Job summary

Splash Car Wash, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking an experienced technician to maintain and repair our car wash facilities and equipment. You will troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, perform tests, and replace components to keep operations running smoothly.

We value urgency, ownership, and the ability to plan effectively. Travel up to 10% may be required; nights/weekends possible to support operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% and work occasional nights/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues for complex systems in car wash facilities.
• Diagnose performance gaps and failures and fix issues with urgency.
• Perform voltage, current, resistance, and continuity testing; replace contactors, overloads, timers, transformers, and relays.
