Job summary

Splash Car Wash, Detail & Oil Change in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic preventive maintenance. You will communicate clearly with customers and team members and keep the shop clean and organized.

We offer paid training and hourly pay of $15.00–$19.00, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 5% match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Reliable, respectful, and responsible team player.
• Positive, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
