Hireology is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help maintain the physical plant and equipment in safe, working order.

We value reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive safety mindset. Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and emergency generators is preferred, with the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
