Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Building Maintenance role in Bethlehem, PA. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $22 per hour. The role requires 2+ years of facility maintenance experience and involves maintaining HVAC, water, electrical, and other building systems.

Qualifications

• General mechanical skills required.
• Active participation in building maintenance oversight and inspection requirements beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensure safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Respond to security/alarm calls as needed.
