Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a hands-on Maintenance / Facilities Technician to keep our Ohio manufacturing facility safe, efficient, and compliant. You’ll perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems, working in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Skills in electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Carry out welding, soldering, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Read procedures and work instructions to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Operate tools and powered industrial equipment.
• Order parts and maintain maintenance records.

Shift: First Shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Third Shift 10:00pm-6:30am

Pay range $25-29/hour based on experience; 11 paid days off annually; 80 hours of paid time off yearly; matching 401k after 30 days and potential annual bonus!

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Skills in things such as electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and good manufacturing practices (bonus!)
• A strong work ethic, problem‑solving mindset, and positive attitude
