Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our production facility in top condition for manufacturing operations. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, ensure routine system checks, and support maintenance projects across the site.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ability to read prints, and the capacity to work under pressure, with physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive benefits and pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years industrial building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience installing piping systems (air, water, steam) and industrial electrical installations.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in production environment with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work lists in a timely manner.
• Inspect HVAC, doors, interior/exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks as required.
• Assist in roof maintenance and touch up painting as needed.
• Handle miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving.

Job Summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

Core Job Duties

• Timely completion of work lists
• Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting,roofand general premises on a routine schedule
• Maintainbuilding systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing,paintingand carpentry asrequired
• Snow/salt or othergroundworkasrequired
• Assistin roof maintenance repair work as needed
• Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
• Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
• Use protective hearing,eyewearand shoes when necessary
• Other duties as necessary

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certified (preferred)
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical,electricaland plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
• Requires ability tolift upto 50lbsto torso level.

Pay Range

$21 - $22 USD
