We support over 400 team members across the Northeastern United States out of our headquarters in Rochester, NY.

Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician is a part-time position, and days and hours may vary. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for general facility and grounds maintenance and repairs. The pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hr based on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conducts seasonal duties such as snow removal and mowing.
• Conducts walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in working order, if not, takes the appropriate steps for correction.
• Performs light landscaping duties such as weeding and mulching to maintain curb appeal.
• Performs minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to operate machinery such as skid steer, lawnmower, and truck with snowplow.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry materials, work in various environments, and perform physical tasks related to maintenance work.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
