Qualifications

• One year of experience in semi-skilled building maintenance or related work.
• Possession of or ability to obtain current Certified Pool Operator's License.
• Possession of Blood Borne Pathogen Training Certificate.
• Lead Paint Awareness Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs building systems and fixtures.
• Assists the Stationary Engineer with maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor carpentry and door hardware repairs.
• Addresses minor electrical problems and reports findings to supervisor.
• Keeps abreast of current technologies in areas of assignment.
