Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Memphis to maintain and troubleshoot building systems and infrastructure supporting daily operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle minor construction projects, and manage electrical components, HVAC, plumbing, and gate systems while coordinating with vendors and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Complete minor construction, renovation, and repair projects throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components including lighting, outlets, switches, and motors.
• Monitor and coordinate waste management services and outside vendors.
• Serve as the point of contact for facility systems including fire protection, security, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, wash bay, and gate systems.
• Support vendor site visits and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, manlifts, sweepers, and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support facility operations and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Required

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive, go-getter attitude.

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities
• Shop-based role with some outdoor and job site work
