We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to help us keep our facilities running efficiently and looking their best.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the daily operations of our dealership facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance operations, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing repairs and facility upkeep.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety of service and facility areas

• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks

• Perform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime

• Monitor facility equipment, inventory, and maintenance supplies

• Respond quickly to emergency repair needs and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure facility readiness and operational standards

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety/environmental standards

• Maintain organized records of maintenance tasks and repair schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with equipment management, maintenance practices, and safety protocols

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Bradenton, FL prior to start

Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

• Ability to Commute: Bradenton, FL 34207 (Required)

• Ability to Relocate: Bradenton, FL 34207 – Must relocate prior to starting work (Required)

• Willingness to Travel: 25% (Preferred)

• Work Location: In person
