We have an excellent opportunity for a per diem Facility Maintenance Technician. This position provides building maintenance in support of the Dumfries and Fairfax Ambulatory Care Centers.

The primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing facility maintenance and repairs
• Performing repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of the building
• Completing tasks such as changing light bulbs, assembling appliances, fixing leaky sinks and toilets, and rewiring electrical units as needed
• Overseeing outside contractors performing work in the facility not related to medical equipment
• Maintaining proficiency with the software controlling magnetic door locks and troubleshooting related issues, including contacting vendor support as needed
• Maintaining proficiency with the security camera recording and playback system, and contacting vendor support for troubleshooting
• Assisting with other duties as assigned

The job qualifications for this position are as follows:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of related experience
