BlueHalo, an AV Company, has an immediate opening for a Facility Maintenance Technician (FMT) to support maintaining labs, machine shop facilities, and mechanical equipment. This role involves routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and operational functionality of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on systems such as pumps, motors, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, address hazards, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
• Coordinate with facility management, occupants, and contractors regarding maintenance needs.
• Conduct minor repairs, change light bulbs, and maintain exterior property.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and other critical issues.
• Work with contractors and maintenance personnel as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship, as this position is at a government facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, machine shop, or related fields.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various maintenance issues.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
