ABM is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems at a 244,000-square-foot Class A office and manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas.

You will perform routine service requests and minor repairs, provide daily technical support to multiple departments, troubleshoot facility issues, and help ensure all systems remain safe and operational.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Facility Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and facility infrastructure within a 244,000-square-foot Class A office and manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas. This position performs a range of maintenance activities, from routine service requests and minor repairs to supporting more complex facility projects.

The technician provides daily technical and maintenance support to multiple departments, troubleshoots facility-related issues, performs preventive maintenance, and helps ensure building systems and equipment remain safe and operational. The role also coordinates with vendors and external contractors by scheduling, escorting, and supporting on-site inspections, repairs, and other facility services.

Pay:$22

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
