Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property and building maintenance.
• Windows OS computer literacy; ability to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance on building systems.
• Repair and complete assigned projects as directed by the manager.
• Schedule and oversee contractors; manage time and progression of work.
• Document work performed and communicate scheduling to stakeholders.
• Maintain professional appearance and operate company vehicle per policy.
