Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Facility Maintenance Sustainability associate to safely process incoming recyclable materials and prep for disposal. You will sort, stage, label, and move materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and inventory auditing.

You will collaborate with the Manufacturing team to optimize material flow, maintain clean, orderly work areas, and support high‑volume operations in a fast-paced environment. Evening/overtime may be required.
