Job summary

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center in Raleigh is seeking a Facility Maintenance Team Member to uphold high-volume center operations, maintain lanes, pinsetters, and all mechanical systems while delivering guest service.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; you will supervise facility personnel and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience is required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule and supervise work of all lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics.
• Perform facilities and mechanicals checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed.
• Interview, select, train, develop and evaluate the facility and mechanical personnel.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on-site assets – Pinsetters, Bowling Lanes, General Building Maintenance, Electrical, Kitchen.

Facility Maintenance Team Member

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Team Member who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

As a Facility Team Member, you must exhibit excellent guest servicewhileensuring overall facility maintenance, lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency. The Facility Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day technical integrity of the center and all its equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience
