Job summary

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking a Facility Maintenance Team Member to keep our high-volume center running smoothly. You will maintain lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, electrical and plumbing systems, and general building assets, delivering reliable service to guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and are willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to guests while following company protocols.
• Schedule and supervise lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics.
• Perform facilities and mechanical checks and make repairs as needed.
• Interview, train, and evaluate facility and mechanical staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pinsetters, lanes, and building systems.

Facility Maintenance Team Member

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Team Member who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

As a Facility Team Member, you must exhibit excellent guest servicewhileensuring overall facility maintenance, lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency. The Facility Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day technical integrity of the center and all its equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience is required
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
• Schedule and supervise work of all lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics
• Perform facilities and mechanicals checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed
• Interview, select, train, develop and evaluate the facility and mechanical personnel
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on-site assets – Pinsetters, Bowling Lanes, General Building Maintenance, Electrical, Kitchen
