Lineage Logistics seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team responsible for keeping our critical cold storage systems running at peak performance. You will oversee ammonia refrigeration operations, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Based in Bedford Park, IL, this full-time role requires hands-on leadership, CAPEX budgeting, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial ammonia refrigeration maintenance within logistics, cold storage, or manufacturing, with direct PSM involvement.
• Strong experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, CO2, Freon, CMMS systems, and related controls.
• CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex refrigeration systems and drive continuous improvement.
