Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams is preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage facility maintenance personnel.
• Direct daily maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on safety, operational impact, and equipment reliability.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment history through the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance metrics such as uptime, downtime, PM completion, backlog, and costs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, planned shutdowns, installations, and facility projects.
