Job summary

Xfinity Live! in Arlington, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and lead basic building maintenance tasks at the One Rangers Way facility.

You will assist with carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and other trades, manage preventative maintenance records, and coordinate with management on groundskeeping and safety. Weekend or after-hours work may be required, and forklift operation is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Two years of semi-skilled maintenance experience or one year in warehouse distribution.
• Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools.
• Flexible schedule including off-shift and weekends.
• Able to operate forklift and light trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building exterior and interior.
• Assist with maintenance, repair and construction tasks across trades.
• Inspect properties and coordinate with management on groundskeeping and upkeep.
• Prepare and paint walls and woodwork; refinish as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and MSDS.
• Occasional after-hours work and use of scissor lift/boom for stage needs.
• Ensure safety checks and a clean environment.
