Qualifications

• One year experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building maintenance trades.
• Experience in warehouse distribution operations is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the building.
• Assists with installation, maintenance, and repairs in various trades.
• Prepare and paint walls and woodwork.

Skills

Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Forklift operation

Education

High School Diploma or GED
