Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics on automatic gates and overhead doors; coordinate vendor assistance when needed.
• Support maintenance and repairs of access control systems, including electric locks, card readers, and control panels.
• Manage access control databases by updating user permissions, adding/removing users, and generating reports.
