Job summary

Paumac-Tubing-LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility, grounds, and building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The role performs routine and preventive maintenance, repair of doors, windows, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and coordinates with vendors, while handling work orders and keeping records up to date. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of building systems and facility infrastructure.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment, building systems, and grounds.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, lighting, walls, flooring, and other building components.
• Maintain exterior grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, litter removal, and snow removal for multiple sites.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and complete documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Flexible schedule with overtime, weekends, and emergency response as needed.

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment, building systems, and grounds.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, lighting, walls, flooring, and other building components.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain exterior grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, litter removal, and snow removal for multiple sites.
• Respond to maintenance work orders
• Maintain maintenance records and complete documentation accurately.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
