Ameritex Pipe & Products in Gunter, TX is seeking a Facility Maintenance technician to perform hands-on upkeep in a full-time, hourly role. The position offers about $17 per hour and requires adherence to safety procedures and outdoor work in varied weather.

• Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with various hand and power tools.

• Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Patrols yard and gathers debris into appropriate bins.
• Organizes facility inside buildings as well as outside.
• Works with Parts Coordinator on proper storage of items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
