Job summary

Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate

Full-Time | $18–$19 per hour

Crucial Link is hiring a Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate for an outdoor facility. This role helps keep the grounds and facilities clean, safe, and ready for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas
• Perform general cleanup and basic facility maintenance
• Help prepare the property for daily operations and customer visits
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner

Required Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Remaining weekday hours can be arranged to complete a 40-hour workweek

Applicants must be available for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as the full Wednesday shift.
