• Responsible for key coding and fitting, fabrication of keys, installation of door hardware.
• Collaborate with lock-shop staff, planning and overall operation of lock-shop.
• Independently diagnose and decide when to repair or replace locks and door hardware.
• Layout master and sub‑master keying and card access systems.
• Rotate all locks on a semester basis.
• Select supplies, locks, and equipment needed for overall lock-shop operation.
