Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest in Moscow is seeking a Facility Lead to support Facility Management in the operations of our Moscow Goodwill retail facility. The role requires following established guidelines and working with minimal supervision.

Candidates must have open availability including nights and weekends, a valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of personal auto insurance, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of six months related experience and/or training.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Must pass driver record and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Management in the operations of the Moscow Goodwill retail facility.
• Follow specific guidelines and operate with minimal supervision.
• Manage a minimum of 2 subordinate employees who oversee the daily operation of a minimum of 3 employees in the Retail Store and Production Processing Departments depending on location.

We are looking for someone who can follow specific guidelines and operate with minimal supervision. You must have open availability including nights and weekends. This position requires the ability to drive for company business which includes a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance. You must pass driver record and background checks.

This position is non-exempt full time at $19.81 an hour. Great benefits are offered.

Education and/or Experience:
