Job summary

Circle U Foods, Inc. is seeking a Lead Janitorial team member to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe facility while leading the janitorial staff. You will oversee daily cleaning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and special projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organization are essential to ensure hygiene and efficiency across all areas. The role requires at least 1 year of janitorial experience, 6+ months of supervisory work, and bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year janitorial experience required.
• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily janitorial activities and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor task completion and ensure on-schedule performance.
• Coordinate schedules and coverage during absences.
• Maintain janitorial inventory and place orders as needed.
• Escort vendors and ensure service quality to standards.
• Oversee sanitation in breakrooms, restrooms, and production areas.
• Report issues to Office Manager and maintain safety compliance.
