Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning tasks.
• Cleans surfaces; sanitizes areas.
• Washes walls, windows and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors.
• Performs tasks per supervisor instructions.
