Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division in Sparks, NV is seeking a full-time janitor to keep facilities clean and safe. The role includes heavy cleaning, trash disposal, floor care, window washing, and sanitizing surfaces on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be willing and able to obtain certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Dusts, mops, and sanitizes surfaces; maintains clean facilities.
• Cleans walls, windows, floors and furniture; follows cleaning protocols.
• Assists with moving equipment and ensuring proper placement after cleaning.
• Performs tasks in compliance with federal, state and local guidelines.
• Contributes to team; demonstrates professionalism with staff and customers.
