Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Facility IT Support in Robinson Township, PA. This full-time, hourly position maintains and troubleshoots warehouse equipment, tests items for auction, and uses software to upload product data to the auction portal.

The role reports to the IT Team Lead and requires on-site work. You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with benefits including weekly pay, healthcare after 60 days, 401(k) match after 90 days, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 2 years IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse printers and peripherals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction.
• Scan items into the system to create listings.
• Search products online.
• Capture photos and crop for online listings.
• Correct and complete item information.
• Meet quantity and quality goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

FACILITY IT SUPPORT

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The IT Support role maintains and troubleshoots basic warehouse equipment and electronics, as well as tests and inspects items of higher value to prepare them for auction. This role may be called upon to use proprietary software to scan and upload high-value product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the IT Team Lead .

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct basic maintenance of warehouse printers and other peripherals
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete auto-pulled information for each item
• Be responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5: 00 pm
• Must be tech-savvy and teachable
• Must have a h igh level of integrity
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must have an associate degree , 2 years of IT experience, or a combination equivalent
