Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a hematology/oncology physician for an outpatient, 8-hour shift role in a busy clinic. The assignment features admissions and rounding responsibilities with around 25 patients per shift, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Fellowship training is preferred, and this position offers a locums-to-perm pathway. Candidates must be board-certified in hematology and oncology and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Board certification in hematology and oncology is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Fellowship training in hematology/oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care.
• Perform admissions and rounding in an outpatient setting.
• Manage approx. 25 patients per shift.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, 8-hour shifts.
