Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Williamsville, NY is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems across our facilities.

You will use hand tools, digital tools, and testing devices to keep equipment running and minimize downtime, supporting store operations and customer safety. The role requires 2 years of commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification for refrigerant handling, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in mechanical maintenance for commercial HVAC/R.
• Journeyman status preferred where required.
• EPA Type I/II or universal refrigerant handling certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work orders to document repairs and support stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations and safety policies.
