Job summary

Founders Care And Rehabilitation in Ohio seeks a dedicated housekeeping and maintenance worker to keep the facility clean, safe, and comfortable. You will follow supervisor schedules and assist with light maintenance across offices, restrooms, and resident areas to maintain a sanitary environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, restocking supplies, changing bulbs, washing windows, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain the center in a sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly condition.
• Follows cleaning schedule and assignments to clean offices, restrooms, activity room, kitchen restroom, service entrance and therapy room, entrances/exits, utility areas, closets, lounges, lobbies, halls, etc.
• Performs tasks like replacing light bulbs, cleaning lint from dryers, vents and registers, sweeping outdoor areas, washing windows and screens, and maintaining clean grounds.
• Cleans, dusts, washes, and disinfects fixtures, floors, walls, doors, ceilings, and furnishings; replenishes supplies and arranges spaces tidily.
• Other duties may be assigned with or without notice.
