Job summary
Bosch is seeking an Associate Facility Engineer for the Roseville, CA site to support ultrapure water and bulk chemical systems. The role covers design, installation, operation, maintenance, modernization, and protection of critical facility infrastructure used in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Experience in design, operation, and troubleshooting ultrapure water and wastewater treatment, control systems, or chemical and gas distribution systems.
- 480 and/or 208-volt power distribution experience.
- Control systems troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of Arc Flash Safety requirements.
- Equipment commissioning and construction management experience.
- Work experience in a clean room desired.
- Familiarity with variable frequency drives and PLC/SCADA platforms.
- Understanding of ISO requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with vendors to start up and install new equipment at Roseville site.
- Assist in design reviews for facilities systems ensuring operation and safety compliance.
- Prepare designs, layouts, drawings, and bills of material for maintenance and improvements.
- Modify equipment to improve efficiency, safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues with facility systems.
- Develop corrective action proposals and recommendations.
- Provide SOPs and specifications for operation and maintenance.
- Provide safety analyses and job safety instructions for projects.
- Ensure compliance with laws, secure permits, and coordinate with authorities.
- Coordinate shutdowns and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Initiate continuous improvement programs with metrics.
- Train mechanics to improve 24x7 response time.
