Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year experience in blue seal

Responsibilities:

• Test boilers and cooling tower water samples, add chemical treatments as needed
• Operate and maintain boilers, monitor meters and gauges, ensure safe and efficient operation
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on boiler and HVAC equipment
• Follow safety and quality standards

Certifications:

• Valid New Jersey Driver's License required for all except per diem engineers
• Stationary Engineer License Blue Seal
