Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in facility or building engineering, preferably in manufacturing or large commercial environments.
Certifications preferred: PE License, CFM, LEED Accreditation, OSHA or EPA certifications.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance, repair, and performance of facility systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Assist in developing and managing the facility maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
