Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.

Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and use of CMMS systems. • EPA CFC Certification / HVAC Certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO)
