Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems at our Plano, TX site. You will conduct routine inspections, monitor water chemistry, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, efficient operations and preserve guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining CMMS records, ensuring fire and life safety compliance, and supporting overall facility appearance and functionality.

Qualifications

3–4 years of facilities or building maintenance experience

Requirements

Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
3–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering
Boiler Operator / Stationary Engineer License (state-specific)
EPA CFC Certification / HVAC Certification
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO)

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and enhancing facility functionality. Proficient in troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and maintaining detailed records within a CMMS.
