Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems’ operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations as needed.
• Check, repair, and replace components including motors, switches, wiring, and pumps.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely; review maintenance records for proactive scheduling.
• Provide efficient, reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms to coworkers and clients.
