Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental's Jeannette, PA facility seeks an experienced Facility EHS Manager to lead safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across medical waste handling, recycling, and polymer lumber manufacturing.
You will partner with facility leadership, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture with strong training and reporting practices.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize EHS risks with facility leadership and integrate safe work practices.
- Develop and maintain EHS programs for waste, recycling, and manufacturing operations.
- Lead risk assessments and job hazard analyses for routine and nonroutine activities.
- Coordinate machine safety programs including lockout/tagout and inspections.
- Support waste handling, permit compliance, and records management.
- Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
