Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a transportation assistant to support admit/discharge transportation and transport-related duties. The role includes documenting and delivering appointment materials, assisting clients, and helping with vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities also cover light custodial and maintenance tasks when not transporting clients. A valid driver’s license and experience in care settings are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dignified, respectable character which reflects recovery principles.
• Extensive knowledge of all motor vehicle laws.

What You'll Do
