Job summary

Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Custodian/Security Guard III to manage janitorial tasks and oversee entry traffic at our SF clinic. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of custodial experience, and annual OSHA/CPR training. Some evening/weekend shifts may be needed to meet deadlines and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least three (3) years of custodial experience.
• OSHA and CPR training required annually.
• Possession of Guard Card or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial and routine maintenance duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash, waxing, cleaning restrooms).
• Oversees traffic through the main entrance and assists members.
• Maintains safety of employees, members and the facility.
• Provide guidance to junior custodial staff and participate in training.
• Occasional evenings and weekends to meet project timelines.
