The Custodian position at Oregon Health & Science University supports a productive team delivering cleaning services across campus, including hospital and clinic environments. You will follow written and verbal directions, perform green cleaning practices, and assist with recycling and exterior cleanup as needed.

Responsibilities include carpet/refuse handling, restroom sanitation, surface cleaning, and operating a range of cleaning equipment. A valid license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Related job experience demonstrating work ethic and teamwork.
• General cleaning knowledge.
• Basic computer skills: OS navigation and Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficient in English (read/write/speak).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide cleaning services to staff, visitors and patients.
• Perform carpet vacuuming, edging, dusting, mopping and waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, break areas and kitchens.
• Operate cleaning and floor care equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Provide recycling services and assist with exterior litter patrols.
